At MY MUM MADE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns are processed for store credit or exchange to help you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card via email within 5-7 business days for you to use on your next purchase.
